got on the water at 4ish whilst the water was flatish got flattered by a big gust just as I jumped resulting in a wipeout and a gurt big bruise on top of my thigh
after tweaking the sail the gusts were ok but after a painfull wipeout my bottle gone so that was it will have to see what tomorrow brings
